1. The Light the Night Walk will take place this Thursday, September 20th at Bay High School at 7:30 pm. Light the Night t-shirts will be sold at lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday for $15. All proceeds from the sale will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Make sure to come out and support this amazing event!!

2. ATTENTION ALL POWER OF THE PAN MEMBERS: A reminder that this week's meeting has been moved to Thursday, September 20th from 3-4:15 due to Bay Homecoming festivities. Again, this week's Power of the Pen meeting has been moved to Thursday instead of Friday. Please see Mrs. Goldberg if you cannot attend Thursday's meeting.

The 8th grade football team remained undefeated as they steamrolled Greenbriar 42-8. The Rockets were once again led by their dominating run game and their stout defense. The Rockets scored on the first play of the game on a 65 yard run by Pawie Ault and the game was on. The offensive line of Nosan, Dacek, Lahane, Periandri, Tenerrovich created running lanes all game.
The defense also played another solid game limiting Greenbriar to one score late in the third quarter.
Scoring for the Rockets were:
Pawie Ault 5 touchdowns
Carson Gergye
Tony Buttari threw 1 TD and a 2 point conversion
Making plays on defense were: Patrick Lahane, Nathan Nosan, Nathan Dacek, Malachi Edgerly, Pawie Ault, Jake McCleary
